Health data
Processed only after explicit consent, not bundled with Terms. You may withdraw consent without deleting your whole account; new health processing then stops. Features that do not need health data remain available.
AI and health
AI analysis of health-related data requires a separate explicit consent and control. You can turn off AI health processing without deleting ordinary health records.
Voice
Recording starts only after your explicit action. Audio is deleted after successful transcription. If processing fails, audio is kept no longer than 24 hours. Transcripts remain until you delete them or the account is hard-deleted.
AI conversations
Stored until you delete them or the account is hard-deleted. Temporary AI job payloads are removed within 24 hours after completion or failure. Full prompts are not kept in ordinary application logs.
Providers
External AI providers are listed publicly only when production-active and contract-verified. Until then AI modes stay disabled. We do not claim ZDR, “stores nothing”, or “never used for training” without verified evidence.
