Privacy Policy

Full Life OS privacy policy.

1. Introduction and scope

This policy describes how Kaus Australis Limited processes personal data when you use Life OS (website, iOS, Android, admin console, and related services on life.amzmentor.club).

Controller

Country of establishment: Ireland.

Privacy: privacy@amzmentor.club Support: support@amzmentor.club Security: security@amzmentor.club

Authoritative language: English. Policy version: 1.0. Effective date: 2026-08-04.

2. Products covered

Web application and public pages; iOS and Android apps; admin console for authorised operators; optional integrations only when enabled in production with verified contracts.

3. Categories of data

Account and profile; authentication and sessions; devices and push tokens; health metrics (with consent); nutrition; finance product data; documents; photos and video; audio and transcripts; location attached to your content; calendar, tasks, habits; family memberships and permissions; AI conversations (when AI is enabled); support and privacy requests; billing metadata when billing is enabled; security logs; strictly necessary cookies and local preferences.

4. Sources

Directly from you; from your device after permission; from integrations you connect; generated by features you use (for example transcripts).

  • Core account and service — performance of the contract (create account, authenticate, settings, selected features).
  • Health and special-category data — explicit consent (Article 9). Not required to use features that do not need health data. Consent evidence stores version, timestamp, locale, purpose, user, and withdrawal time.
  • AI processing of health data — separate explicit consent and separate control; you may disable AI health processing without deleting ordinary health records.
  • Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interests (see internal LIA). Not used as a catch-all basis for product features.
  • Accounting, invoices, statutory records — legal obligation; stored separately from the product profile; after account deletion only minimal statutory records remain (not health, AI, media, or documents).
  • Optional marketing — separate opt-in consent, default off, one-step withdrawal.

6. Health and special category data

Optional. Life OS is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis. Recommendations are informational.

7. AI and automated processing

When AI features are production-enabled and verified, prompts or selected context may be sent to the configured processor. We do not claim Zero Data Retention, EU-only processing, or “not used for training” unless confirmed in the live contract and configuration. Until verification, AI modes remain disabled and are not listed as active processors.

Life OS does not make legally binding automated decisions about you.

8. Family Space and children

Self-registration: 18+. Child profiles may only be created by a parent or legal guardian and are disabled in production until child privacy safeguards are complete. When enabled, childPrivacyRestricted defaults on; AI voice, external AI, location sharing, and finance sharing default off.

9. Sharing and processors

We use hosting/database and object storage infrastructure to run the service. Map tiles may be requested from OpenFreeMap via MapLibre. Apple and Google appear as OS platforms for on-device permissions. Named cloud SaaS providers (for example OpenAI, Mailgun, Sinch, Expo, DigitalOcean) appear on the Providers page only when production-active and contract-verified. We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising tracking.

10. International transfers

International transfer mechanisms are documented in the internal provider transfer register. Unverified providers remain disabled.

11. Retention

See the Retention page. Highlights: 30-day deletion grace; hard-delete thereafter; backups max 7 days; voice audio deleted after successful transcription (≤24h on failure); export archives ≤24h; security logs 90 days; support requests 24 months after closure; accounting records up to 6 years, isolated.

12. Security

Technical and organisational measures are described on the Security page. Report issues to security@amzmentor.club.
